TERMINATING YOUR AGREEMENT WITH TPI |

| We are very sorry to hear that you will be leaving us. Please note that our agreements (contracts) require 30 days notice for termination. In order for us to process your termination request, we require that you complete our TERMINATION REQUEST FORM telling us the specific reason for cancellation. Once we receive the completed results, we will respond by email. Our response will be your written confirmation acknowledging your termination request. Depending on the circumstances of your request, we may call you to discuss. Please allow a 24-hour response time (Mon - Fri). If you are struggling with your sales, we can help with many free or low cost business development ideas and marketing programs. Remember, we are here to help.
